BALLASTS - Our standard procedure is to wire emergency ballasts to
operate one lamp as of January 27, 2010.

| PENDANT
CANOPY CHANGE - We are pleased to announce that we have taken our
refined hanger system a step further with a more architecturally pleasing
canopy shown below. This canopy may be mounted on flat or sloped
ceiling up to 40 degrees. This change applies to our domes, cones,
pyramids, High Performance, Incandescent Schoolhouse and Incandescent
Moderne lines effective January 1, 2010.

| PENDANT
HANGER CHANGE - The "Sloped Ceiling" hanger options shown in
our catalog may be mounted on a flat or sloped ceiling up to 40 degrees and are easier to install. Therefore, to
accommodate
the electrical contractor and streamline our designs, we have discontinued
our "Flat Ceiling" hangers effective June 12, 2009. For
example, our Manor with hanger "G" becomes hanger
"H". This change applies to our domes, cones,
pyramids, and High Performance.
